The high carbon content of Shungite is the perfect water filter. And aside from cleaning your water of impurities, it can also help you balance your mental and physical state. For best practices, clean your Shungite by boiling it for 10 - 15 minutes. Once cool, place the rocks in water, 50-70g / 1L overnight, enjoy a cool, crisp glass of water! Stay hydrated!
